1. Introduction
Welcome to QR Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using freeqrstudio.online — including the QR code generator and the Digital Menu platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What We Offer
QR Studio provides two main products:
- QR Code Generator — create and download QR codes for URLs, WiFi, contacts, events, and more. Ten basic types are available without registration. Advanced types (Dynamic, PDF, Gallery, Landing Page, etc.) require a free account.
- Digital Menu — a platform for restaurants and venues to create digital menus, manage table orders, and receive waiter-call notifications. Available on Starter (free), Pro, and Business plans.
3. Accounts
To access advanced features you must register with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free Features and Limits
- Ten QR types are free and require no registration.
- Registered users on the free plan may save up to 10 QR codes and create one restaurant with up to 5 tables and 30 menu items.
- Free accounts have access to 7 days of scan analytics.
5. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro and Business) unlock higher limits and additional features for the Digital Menu module. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. All prices are listed in USD.
- Pro — $19 / month (or $152 / year): up to 3 restaurants, 30 tables, 200 menu items, 90-day analytics, table ordering, Waiter Call notifications.
- Business — $49 / month (or $392 / year): unlimited restaurants, tables, and menu items, 365-day analytics, all Pro features, plus custom branding.
By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QR Studio to:
- Generate QR codes that link to malware, phishing sites, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
- Resell or redistribute our services without prior written permission.
- Impersonate other persons or entities.
We reserve the right to remove any content and to terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
QR codes you generate from your own content belong to you. All software, design, trademarks, and documentation of QR Studio remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of QR Studio shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
