1. Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with QR Studio. This Refund Policy covers all paid subscriptions to the Digital Menu module (Pro and Business plans).
2. Free Plan
The Starter (free) plan has no charges and requires no refund consideration. You may use it indefinitely at no cost.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial annual charge, provided you have not used the paid features. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable.
5. Eligible Refund Situations
- You were charged due to a technical error or duplicate billing.
- You request a refund within 14 days of an annual subscription start and have not used the advanced features.
- The service experienced significant downtime (over 72 consecutive hours) during your paid period — we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Partial months on monthly plans.
- Requests after 14 days of an annual subscription start.
- Accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
- Features you had access to but did not use.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The reason for your request.
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless the conditions above are met.
9. Downgrades
You may downgrade to a lower plan at any time. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the plan price difference.
